Electronics Yorkshire's Training Centre has a range of courses geared specifically to support industry growth and development. We are the only IPC Training Centre in the UK offering this recognised international Standard for our industry across the five programmes of 610, J-Std, 620, 7711/21 and 600 for both Trainers and Specialists.

IPC A-610 Electronic Assemblies - Application Specialist
Course objective: To give each candidate the knowledge of the IPC 610 Standard, so that they may apply the Standard within their company.

IPC A-610 Electronic Assemblies - Certified Trainer
Course objective: To give each Instructor candidate the knowledge to train Application Specialists in the IPC 610 Standard. The Application Specialist can apply the Standard in their company.

IPC/EIA J-STD-001 Soldering - Application Specialist
Course objective: To give each candidate the knowledge of the IPC J Standard, so that they may apply the Standard within their company.

IPC/EIA J-STD-001 Soldering - Certified Trainer
Course objective: To give Instructor candidates the knowledge to train Application Specialists in the IPC J-Standard. The Application Specialist can then apply the Standard in their company.

IPC/WHMA–A-620 Cable and Wire Harness - Application Specialist
Course objective: To give each candidate the knowledge of the IPC 620-Standard, so that they may apply the Standard within their company.

IPC/WHMA–A-620 Cable and Wire Harness - Certified Trainer
Course objective: To give each Instructor candidate the knowledge to train Application Specialists in the IPC 620-Standard so that the Application Specialist can apply the Standard within their company.

IPC-7711/7721 Rework/Repair/Modification - Application Specialist
Course objective: To provide hands on instruction and training on specific modules in the IPC rework, repair and modification Standard. The course gives a global IPC certification for two years.

IPC-7711/7721 Rework/Repair/Modification - Certified Trainer
Course objective: To provide training of trainers on the IPC Standard with a hands-on approach and instructional protocols. The course gives a global IPC certification for two years.

IPC-A-600 Acceptability of Printed Boards - Application Specialist
This standard is concerned with the manufacture of bare printed circuit boards to ensure that boards conform to laminate integrity, layer to layer spacing, annular ring requirements, etching characteristics, pattern definition and plating.
